Long Island Iced Tea 長島冰茶
Ingredients 材料
15ml Vodka 伏特加
15ml Gin 氈酒
15ml Rum 冧酒
15ml Tequila 龍舌蘭酒
15ml Cointreau 君度橙酒
15ml Lemon 檸檬
90ml Coke 可樂
Garnish 裝飾
Lemon half wheel 半片檸檬

Jigger 量杯
Bar spoon 吧羹
Glassware 酒杯
Steps 步驟
❶ Add ingredients, except for ice and club soda, into the glass. Stir to combine well.
冰及梳打水除外，杯中加入材料，吧匙拌勻
❷ Taste & adjust sweet/sour balance.
試味，較對甜酸平衡
❸ Add ice then gently pour in coca cola.
加入冰，緩緩倒入可樂
❹ Stir once in an up & down motion. Garnish & serve.
吧匙上下輕輕攪拌一下，加入裝飾，完成！
