INGREDIENTS 材料
10ml Fresh lemon juice 檸檬汁

Dashes Ginger Juice 少許薑汁
20ml Purple Royale 紫爵

❶ 將酒杯放入大冰。
Place a large block of ice into the glass.
❷ 紫爵備用、於搖酒器加入其他材料，試味，較對。
Into a shaker add all ingredients, except Purple Royale; stir, taste and adjust.
❸ 搖酒器加滿冰，搖約8秒。｜搖酒作用技巧淺解｜
Fill shaker with ice & shake in brisk pace for about 8 seconds.
❹ 用隔冰網隔冰倒入酒杯。
Double strain with a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
❺ 運用吧匙慢慢倒入紫爵, 放上迷迭香枝作裝飾。
Using the bar spoon, pour Purple Royale to layer on top, then garnish with rosemary sprig.
