Alaska 亞拉斯加
A close relative of the Martini, the Alaska was developed in the early 1900s, though the origin of its name remains a mystery.
Ingredients 材料
45ml Gin 氈酒
Garnish 裝飾
Orange peel or Lemon peel
橙皮或檸檬皮
Tools 工具
Glassware 酒杯
❶ Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ Place all ingredients into the mixing glass.
於混合杯加入材料。
❸ Taste & adjust sweet-bitterness balance.
試味,較對。
❹ Fill the mixing glass with ice & stir well until chilled, about 18-20 seconds.
加滿冰,攪拌約18-20秒。|攪拌作用技巧淺解|
❺ Strain into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
用隔冰器隔冰倒入已雪凍的酒杯。
❻ Spray orange peel oil on top and garnish, enjoy!
噴上橙油添香並加上裝飾,完成!
