45ml Gin 氈酒/琴酒

45-60ml Grapefruit Juice 西柚汁

Garnish 裝飾

Rock salt or sea salt rim 岩/海鹽邊

Grapefruit piece 西柚片

Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹

Glassware 酒杯

Rock Glass 短飲杯

Steps 步驟

❶ Rub grapefruit wheel along the rim of the glass, then coat in salt.

用西柚或檸片沾濕杯邊，將鹽沾上。

❷ Fill glass with ice.

酒杯加滿冰。

❸ Pour gin & grapefruit juices into the glass. Stir once.

加入酒及西柚汁，吧匙拌勻一下。

❹ If using, garnish with grapefruit half wheel.

如用，放入西柚片作裝飾。

❺ Enjoy! This lip-puckering cocktail can also be shaken with ice and served straight-up. 完成！
