Ingredients 材料

Rock salt or sea salt 岩鹽或海鹽


Liqueur Version版本

50ml Tequila 龍舌蘭酒

25ml Pink Grapefruit Liqueur 西柚甜酒

10-15ml Fresh Lime Juice 青檸汁

Simple syrup to taste 糖漿少許以較對甜酸度

100-150ml Club Soda 梳打水


Fruit Juice Version 果汁版本

60ml Tequila 龍舌蘭酒

60ml Grapefruit juice 西柚

Fresh Lime Juice & simple syrup to taste

青檸汁及糖漿各少許以較對甜酸度

100-150ml Club Soda 梳打水


Garnish 裝飾

Grapefruit half wheel 半片西柚


Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹


Glassware 酒杯

Highball Glass 長飲杯


Steps 步驟

❶ Rub grapefruit wheel along the rim of the glass, then roll in salt.

西柚片沾濕杯邊,將鹽沾上

❷ Add ingredients, except for ice and club soda, into the glass. Stir to combine well.

冰及梳打水除外,杯加入材料,吧匙拌勻

❸ Taste & adjust sweet/sour balance.

試味,較對甜酸平衡

❹ Add ice then gently pour in club soda.

加入冰,緩緩倒入梳打水

❺ Stir once in an up & down motion. Garnish & serve.

吧匙上下輕輕攪拌一下,加入裝飾
