45-55 ml Sauvignon Blanc or gin

15-20 ml lychee liqueur

7-12 ml fresh lemon juice

5 ml rose syrup


Fruit peel, rosemary, thyme, edible flowers


Jigger, bar spoon, cocktail shaker,

fine strainer

Serve in a Martini or Coupe glass

❶ Chill the glass.

❷ Place all ingredients into the shaker.

❸ Taste and adjust flavour balance, according to your preferences.

❹ Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

8-10 seconds for a more intense drink; 13-15 seconds for a lighter flare.

❺ Double strain into the chilled glass.

❻ Garnish and serve.
