Childhood 兒時

The combination of bergamot, lavender, grapefruit and pear makes this gin cocktail sing.

Ingredients 材料

15 ml Gin 氈酒/琴酒

10 ml Italicus 佛手柑甜酒

35 ml Grapefruit juice 西柚汁

5 ml pear syrup 糖漿

Lemon juice to taste 檸檬少許


Garnish 裝飾

Thinly sliced pear or a rosemary sprig, or something that represents your childhood.

梨薄片,迷迭香,或代表童年的物件


Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹

Shaker 搖酒器 , Fine Strainer 隔冰網

Glassware 酒杯

Coupe or martini glass 碟形香檳馬天尼


Steps 步驟

❶ Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.

將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾


❷ Into the shaker, add all ingredients except lemon juice.

於搖酒器加入檸檬汁除外其他材料


❸ Stir, taste and adjust. Add lemon juice if needed -- start with 5ml & taste as you go.

試味,較對如覺得需要,加入檸檬汁 -- 5ml 起步,試味。


❹ Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-12 seconds.

搖酒器加滿冰,搖約10-12秒


❺ Double strain into the chilled glass.

用隔冰隔冰倒入酒杯


❻ Garnish & serve. Enjoy!
