The combination of bergamot, lavender, grapefruit and pear makes this gin cocktail sing.


15 ml gin

10 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto

35 ml grapefruit juice

5 ml pear syrup

Lemon juice to taste


Thinly sliced pear or a rosemary sprig, or something that represents your childhood.


Jigger, bar spoon, cocktail shaker, fine strainer

Serve in a Coupe or Martini glass

❶ Chill the glass.

❷ Into the shaker, add all ingredients except lemon juice.

❸ Stir, taste and adjust. Add lemon juice if needed*.

❹ Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-12 seconds.

❺ Double strain into the chilled glass.
