FLAIR IRON was founded in 2009 with the goal of promoting the professional skills and cocktail culture of Hong Kong's bartending industry in every corner of the city.
In 2012, we established the FLAIR IRON Hong Kong Bartending Studio, and invested resources to develop activities aimed at promoting awareness of the bartending industry and Hong Kong's dining culture among young people. We provided "JUNIOR BARTENDER: Youth Bartending Workshops" for schools and social enterprise centers, allowing young people to learn about the profession of bartending and the proper use of alcohol.

Until today, we have co-organized different types of activities with many secondary schools, education and post-secondary colleges, universities, social welfare organizations and youth groups, including "Professional Development for Youth", "Career Planning", "Dream Weaving. Career Movement", "Road to work", "Retraining for Teen Envoys", "Clap Jockey Club Applause. Create Your Journey", "Small Community Experience on Campus", "DSE Mobile Music Bartending Car", etc. There are also performances for graduation ceremonies and Christmas receptions for students, work practice and so on.
Later, we also added barista industry exploration and skills courses. We firmly believe that young people will be the driving force for all walks of life in the future.
In the future, we will continue to work hard and share this enthusiasm with more young people!
