Alaska 亞拉斯加

A close relative of the Martini, the Alaska was developed in the early 1900s, though the origin of its name remains a mystery.


Ingredients 材料

45ml Gin 氈酒

15ml Yellow Chartreuse 黃色夏翠絲

2dash Angostura orange bitters 安歌橙香苦精

Garnish 裝飾

Orange peel or Lemon peel

橙皮或檸檬皮

Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹 ,

Mixing Glass 混合杯

Glassware 酒杯

Coupe or Martini Glass 馬天尼杯


Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.

將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾

Place all ingredients into the mixing glass.

於混合杯加入材料

Taste & adjust sweet-bitterness balance.

試味,較對

Fill the mixing glass with ice & stir well until chilled, about 18-20 seconds.

加滿冰,攪拌約18-20秒攪拌作用技巧淺解

Strain into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

用隔冰器隔冰倒入已雪凍的酒杯

Spray orange peel oil on top and garnish, enjoy!

噴上橙油添香並加上裝飾,完成!
