Snowball 雪球

Ingredients 材料

40ml Advocaat 蛋黃甜酒

120ml Lemonade (可混合雪碧及梳打1:1調整甜度)

Fresh Lime Juice to taste 青檸汁少許 (以較對甜酸度)

Garnish 裝飾

Cinnamon or Maraschino cherry (optional) 玉桂條或車厘子 (選用)

Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯

Bar spoon 吧羹

Glassware 酒杯

Highball Glass 長飲杯

Steps 步驟

❶ Add ice & Advocaat to glass.

將冰粒加入酒杯，倒入蛋黃甜酒

❷ Add lime juice to balance, if needed.

如需要，加入青檸汁較對甜酸平衡

❸ Add lemonade. Stir for 3 seconds.

倒入雪碧，加冰，吧匙拌勻，約3秒

❹ If using, put cinnamon stick or maraschino cherry as garnish.

如用，加上玉桂或車厘子作裝飾
