Ingredients 材料
50ml Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum 冧酒
10ml Disaronno Amaretto 杏仁甜酒
5ml Ginger liqueur 薑甜酒
10ml Kraken Spiced Rum (on top)
15ml Pineapple Juice 菠蘿汁
Garnish 裝飾
Dried Pineapple
Tools 工具
Glassware 酒杯
Rocks or old fashioned glass
❶ Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍，預備裝飾。
❷ Place all ingredients into the shaker.
於搖酒器加入材料。
❸ Taste & adjust sweet-sour balance.
試味，較對。
❹ Fill the shaker with ice & shake well until chilled, about 7-10 seconds.
加滿冰，搖約7-10秒。｜搖酒作用技巧淺解｜
❺ Double strain into the chilled rock glass with ice.
用隔冰網隔冰倒入已加冰粒酒杯。
❻ Pour small portion of spiced rum and garnish with a dried pineapple. Enjoy!
將Kraken spiced rum加上酒杯形成layer，再加上菠蘿乾做裝飾，完成！
