Japanese Slipper 日本木屐


Ingredients 材料

20 ml Melon liqueur 蜜瓜甜酒

20 ml Cointreau 橙香甜酒

25 ml Fresh lemon juice 檸檬


Garnish 裝飾

Maraschino cherry or melon wedge

車厘子或蜜瓜片


Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹

Shaker 搖酒器 , Fine Strainer 隔冰網


Glassware 酒杯

Coupe or martini 碟形香檳馬天尼

❶ Chill the glass and prepare garnish.

將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾


❷ In a shaker add all ingredients; stir, taste and adjust.

搖酒器加入所有材料,試味,較對甜酸


❸ Fill shaker with ice & shake vigorously for about 12-15 seconds.

搖酒器滿冰,約12-15秒搖酒作用技巧淺解


❹ Strain with a fine strainer into the chilled glass.

用隔冰網隔冰倒入酒杯


❺ Garnish & serve. Enjoy!

Sweet honeydew balanced by tart lemon, with a hint of orange, this fun and fruity, liqueur-based cocktail is mellow on alcohol. Bols Melon Liqueur is my go-to honeydew liqueur as I like a heavy-handed melon flavour, but the traditional choice of Midori is just as yum.
