Ingredients 材料

45m Vodka 伏特加

5ml Fresh lemon juice 鮮檸檬

15ml Jossie Earl Grey Liqueur 伯爵茶甜酒

15ml Cranberry Juice 紅莓汁


Garnish 裝飾

Rosemary

迷迭香

Overproof rum

高酒度冧酒


Tools 工具

Jigger 量杯 , Bar spoon 吧羹 ,

Shaker 搖酒器 ,

Fine Strainer 隔冰網


Glassware 酒杯

Coupe or Martini Glass 馬天尼杯

Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.

將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾


Place all ingredients into the shaker.

於搖酒器加入材料


Taste & adjust sweet-sour balance.

試味,較對


Fill the shaker with ice & shake well until chilled, about 7-10 seconds.

加滿冰,搖約7-10秒搖酒作用技巧淺解


Double strain into the chilled martini glass.

用隔冰網隔冰倒入酒杯


Pour small portion of overproof rum and put rosemary to soak, then pick it up with a tong upward on the glass, light it up and put into the drink. Enjoy! (Becareful when you use fire)

將迷迭香浸入高酒冧酒,用夾拿起並放在雞尾酒上面,點火將迷迭香的香味釋放後,放入雞尾酒中裝飾,完成!(小心用火)
